The love and encouragement from family, friends, and those who remembered its taste became the reason this little dream found its way back. When I decided to make it again, I made a promise to myself to create a sambal bilis I’d be proud to serve at my own dining table. A jar I’d happily share with my family, my closest friends, and now, with yours. Today, every jar is still prepared with the same care, passion, and attention to detail that made people miss it in the first place.
